Features

Meet PhiBooking.

PhiBooking connects the core operating flow: booking, payments, forms, customer access, staff controls, and explicit customer activation. Each feature group distinguishes software that is ready from beta capabilities that still require provider or device activation.

Beta readiness

Main workflow first.

The working feature set is built around getting a customer from interest to booking, required forms, payment, portal access, and staff follow-through without turning every launch into a tangle.

Current beta feature groups

Ready features work in the product today. Features labeled available in beta are built but may need a company provider connection, approved messaging channel, or compatible payment device before use.

Ready and working

Online booking

Service selection, time slots, terms, confirmation, and staff visibility are positioned as current PhiXenia beta capabilities.

Ready and working

Payments and merchant processing

The public site states that the $50 beta plan is waived and a 3% processing fee applies to customer payments.

Ready and working

Forms, waivers, and e-sign

Forms, agreements, waivers when needed, signatures, and completion status are described on the public site.

Ready and working

Customer portal

The site lists customer portal access for bookings, receipts, forms, status, and messages.

Ready and working

Staff and admin controls

Staff operations, admin settings, permissions, inventory checks, readiness gates, and launch modes are current marketing claims.

Ready and working

Guided setup and customer activation

New businesses can map services, forms, payments, and permissions, review readiness, then explicitly activate public booking, confirmations, and waivers.

Available in beta

Memberships, loyalty, gift cards, and store credit

Membership plans and lifecycle actions, loyalty-to-store-credit conversion, gift-card purchase, delivery, redemption and refund, and store-credit checkout are implemented. Paid sales and renewals require an activated payment or gift-card provider connection.

Available in beta

Front-desk POS, payment links, and kiosk check-in

Front-desk carts, barcode lookup, split tenders, cash drawers, packages, inventory fulfillment, saved cards, hosted card entry, secure payment links, and kiosk check-in are implemented. Card acceptance requires an activated payment provider; provider- and device-dependent card-reader or terminal activation is not generally live.

Ready and working

Advanced capacity, resources, and classes

Pooled spaces, equipment and staff capacity, closures, recurring classes, private events, occurrence limits, manifests, and admissions are implemented.

Ready and working

Multi-location operating controls

Per-location services, resources, availability, staff eligibility, front desk, payment mapping, templates, shared-location relationships, and public location selection are implemented. This does not claim enterprise franchise-HQ functionality.

Available in beta

Campaigns, referrals, partner inventory, and cross-selling

Audience campaigns, consent-aware email and text scheduling, referral codes and rewards, add-ons, combined services, widgets, attribution, and partner inventory rules are implemented. Message delivery requires active email or text channels; automatic OTA/reseller connections and partner payouts are not generally live.

Ready and working

HR, timekeeping, and employee records

Employee records, invitations, schedules, geofenced time clock, time off, coverage, onboarding, documents, training, payroll import/export, and retention controls are implemented. External payroll and job-board connectors require provider approval.
